Our mission is to determine and implement the right construction solution for each residential and commercial customer. We strive to provide fast and friendly construction services with the highest level of craftsmanship available, whether it is a simple repair or a complex re-roofing operation.

Our Company

Established in 1981, Shiner Roofing, Siding and Windows specializes in commercial and residential exterior construction services for Virginia and Maryland. Shiner has completed over 10,000 projects in that time and was recently recognized by The Washington Business Journal as the largest roofing contractor in the Washington, DC area specializing in the residential market. Shiner has over 50 dedicated employees and is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured contractor. Shiner is in excellent standing with the Better Business Bureau, is an active member in several business associations, and maintains successful partnerships with numerous industry leaders.

Our onsite foremen are well experienced at dealing with multiple projects and people - to ensure the success of the job and the satisfaction of the customer.

Our Projects

Jobs are monitored and visited by corporate officers and roofing supervisors to ensure that quality work is performed and that proper safety precautions are taken. There is a separate service department staffed by skilled technicians for repairs and small jobs. Customers are given a week that their job will be completed within. Whether your job is large or small, Shiner will scale the crew to match your project and will complete all work in the agreed upon timeframe.
